Terms and conditions


  • 1. The Security Deposit is payable upon signing the contract form & Full Rental charges must be paid two weeks before the event.
  • 2. Customer renting the facility shall conform to all customs, rules and regulations established by MTS
  • 3. Temple will provide the hall, with chairs and tables. There is a fee for Basic chair set up .All other decorations are the responsibility of the customer. For any custom design setup, temple will provide the chairs and they can get it done with the help of wedding docorators .
  • 4. Decorations using scotch tapes, staples and nails are NOT allowed in any Wall(s) Or on the Stage of the Kalyana Mantapam. Damages to the property, furniture, wall paintings etc., will be deducted from the Security deposit.
  • 5. The entire facility must be kept clean at all times. Cleaning the facility before the event is the responsibility of MTS. During the event, Lunch / dinner time, customers will have their own arrangement for cleaning (or MTS will arrange 2 people for cleaning help and a fee is charged to customers).
  • 6. Alcoholic beverages, Non-Vegetarian items and smoking are strictly prohibited in the entire premises.
  • 7. Subletting any part of the facility to display or sale of goods & services are strictly prohibited.
  • 8. At least one uniformed security is required during the event for security reasons. MTS can arrange for security; however the customers shall pay them directly.
  • 9. No Cooking and Frying allowed inside the main Hall. No food items will be left in the dining area.
  • 10. Customers are requested to check all their personal items before leaving the hall.
  • 11. Children under the age 12 should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
  • 12. The customers are allowed to use the facility 3 hrs before the requested time, for decorations and set up without any extra charges. But there is a fee, if they want to use the hall for decoration on previous days . Please call the administrator for details .
  • 13. Customers should leave the hall in clean condition after the event. No food items will be left in the dining area. All the decorations need to be removed soon after the event is over, or on the next day morning.
  • 14. Customers can bring their own priest for their religious services or temple can provide priests on request.
  • 15. Sound system and lighting in the KM have been upgraded to a professional level to enhance devotee satisfaction. Projectors and Screens are inbuilt on both sides of the stage, are already included in the rental package. Outside sound systems are not allowed .Please talk to us if you plan to bring your own Audio,Video & Lighting equpments.
  • 16. Throughout the term of this rental, renters shall carry and maintain, at renter’s sole cost and expense, commercial general liability insurance. All renter policies of insurance when carried must be provided.
  • If the hall is available and needed for decoration on previous days for Stage set up etc, there will be a fee $ 250 for set up exceeding 4 hours max
    Puja/Priest Services are separate and they are NOT included in this contract form. Refundable Security deposit $ 300 to be paid separate and will be refunded after the event. Any damages to the property will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
